Congratulations to Katelyn & Cole!
I recently had the joy of capturing Katelyn & Cole’s engagement session, and it was nothing short of magical. These two first met during Labor Day weekend in 2021 in Starkville, Mississippi. Introduced by mutual friends at Two Brothers Smoked Meats, what started as a chance meeting quickly turned into a beautiful love story.
Their proposal story is just as sweet. Cole proposed by the lake at Bear Lake Reserve in North Carolina, a special place where they often celebrated the end of Katelyn's law school semesters. He set up a lovely scene by the outdoor fireplace and popped the question with their family and friends there to celebrate. It was an unforgettable evening filled with love and joy, and they spent the rest of the weekend relaxing in the mountains together.
For their engagement session, they chose the classic architecture of First Presbyterian Church in Jackson, TN, as well as some private property for more pops of green and hydrangeas. They complement each other so well, making every moment effortless and genuine. I can’t wait to capture their wedding day in May 2025!
